ABOUT THE ARTIST
Leslie Jay Bosch is an artist and
photographer who grew up living alternately in Southern
California and in the Northern Sierra Nevada.
Experiencing both the energy of the city and the
peacefulness of the mountains has given her a unique
perspective on life, art and photography. Her point of
view is that the beauty of any given subject can be
revealed when viewed from the optimum angle.
A graduate from Art Center College
of Design, Pasadena (B.F.A., in 2001), Leslie Jay’s
focus in art school was on sculpture and environmental
design. Along with sculpture and environmental design,
photography has always been an important medium for her
artistic expressions.
Leslie Jay currently works as a
freelance photographer in the Los Angeles area with
subjects ranging from architecture and landscape to
portraits and wildlife. Commercial and private sector
clients include real estate agents, architects,
landscape designers, and others. Her work has been
published in various magazines including Western
Interiors & Design, Garden Design, and Celebrated
Living. It has also appeared in local newspapers such as
The Argonaut, The Santa Monica Mirror, and the Los
Angeles Times.
